Important Note: Check-in time is 3pm PST. Check-out time is 11am PST. Please park in our underground garage with entrance on Holloway Drive, and proceed to the front desk by following the "owl" upstairs through the green doors.

In an effort to make your stay more memorable, Palihouse's Housemaster is pleased to provide you with various pre-arrival services. We invite you to review the list below and let us know what arrangements we can make for you in advance of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING
Palihouse Holloway provides complimentary housekeeping either once or twice weekly based on the duration of your stay. Additional housekeeping service can be arranged for a fee of $50 per day.

Our concierge is also pleased to make suggestions and/or reservations for dining off premises.

GROCERY SHOPPING
Palihouse is pleased to provide grocery-shopping services for all guests for a surcharge of $75 per trip, plus the cost of groceries. To please your orders please contact: frontdesk@palihouse.com. SPA & BEAUTY
Palihouse has a preferred relationship with Thai Thai Massage and Vanity Blow Dry Bar located at Palihotel Melrose. If you’d like to schedule an appointment or arrange a massage, facial, body treatment or any array of specialty treatments with our preferred spa suppliers, please contact our front desk.

FITNESS
Palihouse enjoys a preferred relationship with Equinox for gym services. Equinox is located 3 blocks from Palihouse, on Sunset Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard. Palihouse also offers personal training services in the privacy of your own suite or on the roof deck. Please contact our front desk for rates and availability.

IIn addition to the array of newspapers and magazines available in the lobby news cart, should you like to order your favorite paper delivered to your suite during your stay, please contact our front desk to specify the publication and we can make provisions for daily delivery – fees vary.
