Newly helmed by Executive Chef Gary Menes, The Hall Courtyard Brasserie offers Palihouse guests and locals alike the chance to experience a carefully crafted menu French inspired Brasserie menu, which includes dishes such as steak tartare, moules mariniere and poitrine de porc.
Chef Gary Menes — Chef Menes' early career was spent in the kitchens of Michelin stars: Patina (Joachim Splichal) and French Laundry (Thomas Keller), complemented with a stint at the Ritz Carlton San Francisco along side Chef Sylvain Portay (Alain Ducasse).
In addition to creating the new spring/summer menu, Chef Menes will also focus on weekly updates and specials to the menu, which will be driven by local fresh ingredients.
