Reservations Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy, Cancellations and Charges:
Terms & Conditions:
A valid credit card and identification (driver's license or passport) must be presented at check in. Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to check into Palihouse.
Reservations less than 30 consecutive days:
Guest Suites: Classic and Corner Guest Suites are available for a minimum length of stay of 7 or more nights. Connecting suites are available. Advance Deposit: 1 night's room & tax advance deposit due at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival (by 3:00 pm, 3 days in advance of arrival), to avoid penalty. Cancellations AND Early Departures: received within 72 hours are subject to one night's room/tax penalty. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Guests departing prior to 7 nights will be charged the full 7 night's room and tax.
No-shows: Subject to forfeiture of advance deposit. No refunds without cancellation number.
Reservations for more than 30 consecutive nights:
Guest Residences: Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom and the Holloway Loft Residence, are available for a minimum stay of one month or more.
Advance Deposit: One (1) week advance deposit per month of stay or part thereof and is due at time of reservation.
Contract: A signed contract is required to confirm all reservations for 30 or more nights.
Cancellation Policy: 30-days advance notice without penalty or subject to forfeiture of advance deposit.
Early Departure Fee: Nightly rate is subject to increase as outlined in contract plus an early departure penalty equal to the advance deposit if the new total room revenue due Palihouse (calculated with early departure date) falls below the original total room revenue due Palihouse (calculated based on the contracted departure date).
No-shows: Subject to forfeiture of advance deposits. No refunds without cancellation number.
Rates and Availability:
Hotel rates and room type availability is guaranteed once a confirmed reservation is made, advance deposits are received, and a confirmation number has been sent. Rates are subject to change and availability based on the date of inquiry. Stays for 30 or more nights require a contract.
Move-in and Move-out times:
Move-in time is between 3:00 - 10:00 pm and only by special arrangement after 10:00 pm. All guaranteed reservations can move in any time after 3:00 and before 10:00pm unless another time has been previously agreed upon by the House Master. Move-out time is 11:00 am.
Early Move-in:
Requests for early move-in is subject to availability on the day of arrival; please inquire with the House Master. Requests for early arrival are not a guarantee that the suite will be available prior to 3:00 pm. To guarantee an early arrival, a reservation should be made for the previous night with a special notation that the suite has been reserved to guarantee an early arrival on the next morning. (For example, if you wish to check into your guest suite at 7:00 am on November 2nd for 7 nights, you should reserve the suite on the night of November 1st for 8 nights and instruct the House Master that you will move-in at 7:00 am on November 2nd. The hotel will therefore ensure that your suite is vacant, ready and clean for your early arrival.)
Payments and other charges:
Palihouse requires all guests to present a valid credit card and identification at move-in as a form of guarantee. Per standard hotel policies, Palihouse will preauthorize the room, tax, and incidental estimate for the total stay upon move-in. Guest accounts will be closed out on a weekly basis for room/tax and incidentals or when balance exceeds hotel's "high balance, " at which time the guest will be presented with his/her folio. Payment may be made via credit card or cash.
Facilities for guests with disabilities:
All public areas of the hotel and restaurant are ADA accessible. Palihouse has an ADA accessible bathroom in the lobby. ADA guest suites are available and should be requested at the time of making your reservation. Please contact the House Master for individual requests and information.
Pet Policy:
We are a pet-friendly hotel and residence. We accept domestic pets up to 40 lbs for a fee of $125 per pet per stay, non-refundable. A limit of one pet per suite unless prior approval has been received from hotel management. Terms of Pet Policy form will be presented upon arrival for signature. Our House Master can arrange for doggie day-care and pet walking services. There are also several dog parks nearby that are very popular including:
William Hart Park: Off-leash dog area. Mornings: Small Dogs 7 am - 8 am; Large Dogs 8 am - 9 am; Evenings: Small Dogs 5 pm - 6 pm; Large Dogs 6 pm - 7 pm. 8341 De Longpre Ave, West Hollywood
